Cadbury’s has revamped the packaging for its flag-ship brand Dairy Milk hoping that the new packaging would give the brand an international feel. The new packaging design which is on the international packs sold worldwide.
The new packaging design has been created by Pearlfisher a design agency.
The new pack retains the golden Cadbury logo and the fine purple and gold packaging portrays the rich and creamy taste of the chocolate.
In the words of Sanjay Purohit, executive director- marketing, Cadbury India,” The new international packaging while retaining the color purple, a color that has become synonymous with Cadbury, creatively works the other graphic elements. The gold Cadbury Logo embodies the premium and sophisticated eating experience of Dairy Milk, while the real chocolate chunk on the pack enhances its chocolate appeal. The new Dairy Milk logo against the all purple backdrop helps reinstate the goodness of milk in Cadbury Dairy Milk.”
The intention of the new packaging was to give it a more integrated look and feel as the chocolate has a huge fan base across various countries.
