Roshan Nair, the creative group head of Dentsu Communications, Delhi has decided to move to brand activation agency Candid Marketing as associate creative director. An MBA from the University of Pune, Nair was handling big brands like Aircel, Yamaha, Panasonic, Incredible India, DLF and NACO at Dentsu.
Nair has more than eight years of experience in the creative and marketing field and is confident of improvising the creative spheres of activations. When asked about his switch he says, “In a crowded market, it makes more sense to out-think the competition than waste resources trying to outperform them. Candid has been regularly creating campaigns which redefine innovations in the activations space. My brief here, in one simple word, is ‘Elevate’.”
Amrita Kumar, vice-president, content and planning, Candid Marketing, seconds Nair by saying, “Creative is a crucial part of any successful campaign. It becomes all the more important with regard to activations as we try to reach people in less obvious and more unique methods. With Roshan joining Candid, we are assured that we shall begin setting higher benchmarks in activations going forward.”
