Mona Jain is the new COO of Vivaki Exchange

Ambika Srivastava, Chairperson, VivaKi Exchange India, has promoted Mona Jain, India Head – Strategic Investments to the position of the COO.

Talking about this development, Srivastava said, “IMX in its new avatar as Vivaki Exchange presents strategic opportunities for the team to leverage its powerful scale in India. Our media buying clout ability is already noteworthy, and as we move into the new brand our clients will witness the unique capabilities we bring to the fore. The VivaKi Exchange platform enables us to amass and supplement resources as well as invest in delivery of new tools, capabilities and technology platforms to clients in this dynamic and growing market.”

Confident that Jain will be successful in her new role, Srivastava went on to add, “I am extremely pleased to see the team being rewarded. Mona has been on the front lines for the past two years, building IMX along with her senior colleagues. In her new role as COO, I am positive she will be creating innovative and unique unassailable competitive advantages for VivaKi Exchange.”

In her new role, Jain will be mainly looking after the content and partnerships of the brand. Her team will comprise of the new Executive Vice-President, Sejal Shah and Shikha Mahajan, who joins VivaKi Exchange as Vice President – Expansion and Alliances, among others.

The company also announced the launch of VivaKi Nerve Center (VNC) at the press conference. Srikant Sastri, Chairperson, VivaKi India, made the official announcement saying, “The creation of VivaKi in 2008 was a bold step by the Publicis Groupe to bring together all its media and digital assets under one roof, and offer a compelling value proposition to its clients. The changes being announced today are a big step in this direction. Apart from the re-branding of IMX as VivaKi Exchange and strengthening of its talent-base, we are also delighted to announce today the launch of VivaKi Nerve Center (VNC). The VNC will bring cutting-edge technologies that will provide a huge competitive advantage to Starcom Mediavest, ZenithOptimedia and Solutions-Digitas in the months to come. One of our most talented managers, Pavan Chandra, is taking over as the MD of VivaKi Nerve Center, in India.”

Chandra will be responsible for bringing VivaKi Nerve Center products and opportunities like AOD and the Pool to this market. He will also look after the launch of new products to scale and the management and development of relationships with media partners.
