Afaqs: Zee TV is all set to drive viewers on weekends with its latest show called Keshav Pandit. The series is an adaptation from a novel written by Ved Prakash Sharma. The show will be all about law and order situation in the country and individuals fight against the system for justice.
The series will thus, focus on issues and rights of citizens and show stories on how to deal with each right and achieve justice. The show will be aired on every Saturday, 8:30 pm onwards. So far the channel was showing repeat telecast of its other shows, however with Keshav Pandit, Zee is trying to attract more viewers on weekends.
Speaking to Afaqs, Akash Chawala marketing head, Zee TV, says, “The one-hour power-packed show has what it takes to attract a larger number of male and kids as audience, in addition to our women viewers. The concept of the show is a perfect fit with the audience profile on weekends. It is scheduled ahead of our reality show. Dance India Dance; so it will benefit with family viewing.”
