The Sixty Nineth Annual General Meeting of The Advertising Club will be held on Friday, 15th September, 2023 at 3.00 p.m. at the Balsa, Gate No. 4, Ground Floor, Utopia city (earlier known as Kamala mills), Pandurang Budhkar Marg, Lower Parel, Mumbai (Opposite Passport Seva Kendra Office). You can also attend the meeting on a Zoom call. The details of the zoom call will be shared at a later date.
According to Clause 43, of the Rules and Regulations of the Club, nominations are invited for Office Bearers and Members of the Managing Committee for the election to be held at the Annual General Meeting.
The duly completed Nomination Paper must be send by courier at the below-mentioned address of the Adclub Secretariat along with the enclosed Consent Letter of the person nominated, before 12 noon on Friday, 4th August, 2023.
The nomination form must be complete in all respects. Incomplete Nomination form will be treated as invalid. Further it should be accompanied by a duly signed Consent Letter.
