Tushar Shah has rejoined Multi Screen Media as senior vice-president. He earlier headed the marketing function at Max, the group’s cricket and movies channel, as vice-president, marketing from 2002-05.
This time around he will be responsible for the Bengali channel, Sony AATH, which MSM acquired in early 2009.
In all, Shah has 19 years of experience in sales, marketing and communication in the media and telecom industries. He has worked as the executive director, telecom operations at Mobile2win, where he handled the entire PNL and also participated in the creation of products and services for Mobile2win.
He is also considered as one of the key people who helped set up Walt Disney in India. Some of the other prestigious companies he has worked for include Hutchison Telecom, Modi Telstra and Agrani.
