Lintas Media Group has won the media duties for Win-Healthcare, the OTC business from the Win Medicare group.
The judgment was made after a two-way pitch in which Mediaedge:cia was the other agency. The range of the account is in the vicinity of Rs.15-20 crore.
In March this year, the pharma company awarded the creative duties to Bates 141. Norlevo, the first over the counter, morning after pill, was launched in India by Win-Healthcare. Mederma is another OTC product that the company has launched.
Other products under the Win Healthcare umbrella are Soypower and Multiday.
Revlon, which is part of Win Medicare’s cosmetic division, is also handled by Lintas Media Group.
Over the next five years, Win Medicare’s OTC division plans to walk up the growth chart.
Lintas Media Group’s clients include ITC Ltd, Maruti Udyog Ltd, Bajaj Auto, MRF, Sony, UTI and Tata Mutual Fund.
For the record, Win-Medicare is the venture of the Umesh Modi Group in the consumer healthcare space. Amongst the recent growth and expansion bids, Win-Healthcare has established licensing arrangements with HRA Pharma, France for marketing Norlevo and with Merz Pharma, and with Germany for marketing Mederma, a treatment for scar management.
