Euro RSCG has announced a new APAC Strategic Council in its Global Leadership Meeting, which was held in Shanghai recently.
Dhiren Amin, director, strategic planning, Euro RSCG India, is a part of the council, along with Sharon Chen from Greater China, Francois de Riviere from Southeast Asia,Tony Singleton from Australia, Yvette Lim from Southeast Asia and Will Nichols from Australia.
The team will be headed by Matt Donaven, chief strategic officer, Euro RSCG – APAC.
Amin says, “The council consists of a pool of people from within the network and is formed as there is a need to create a stronger strategic function in the region.” The council will offer direction, instruction and assistance to APAC strategy leaders and specialists.”
Suman Srivastava, CEO, Euro RSCG India, said in an official communiqué, “Dhiren is always trying to figure out how we can do better, smarter work for our clients. I am glad at his appointment and know that he will be an asset to the council.”
Amin has completed a degree in engineering and then completed MBA from the USA. He started his career in the advertising industry in market research. He then joined Euro RSCG in the strategic planning department and has been there for the past four years.
Sony Entertainment Television, Dainik Bhaskar, Divya Bhaskar, Radio One, HDFC Bank, Emirates and Grand Hyatt are some of the brands that he has worked on while at Euro RSCG.
