Rediffusion -Y&R has won the creative mandate for the Tata Nano.
Rediffusion will handle the entire communication including the launch of the car nationwide.
Rediffusion-Y&R group CEO Mahesh Chauhan spoke about the win, “The Nano is a collective dream of the Tata Motors team and millions of Indians. We feel privileged that Tata Motors has selected us to partner this dream and share it with India. It is one of the most exciting brands in the country to be associated with.”
On 26 February, Tata Motors said that the Nano will be launched on 23 March, 2009 in Mumbai.
The cars will be on display at Tata Motors dealerships from the first week of April and bookings will commence in the following week.
