Percept/H has got the creative duties for Integrated Group, a Mumbai-based real estate group.
Percept/H will be responsible to look after a new offering, which is an innovative property brokering business supported by multiple touch points, to cater to the needs of property seekers in Mumbai city.Percept/H will be involved in the entire brand development and communication process.
Percept/H, SVP Mumbai Ajay Verma said, “This is our third account win within the span of a month and speaks volumes for our strategy and creative teams. We look forward to working with the Integrated Group and creating an effective 360 brand campaign in the coming months.”
The pitch, which also saw agencies like JWT, FCB Ulka, O&M and McCann competing, was led by Percept/H AVP Mumbai Samarth Shrivastave and Gr. Account director Mohit Totlani.
