Manish Ajgaonkar has joined Contract Advertising as creative director. He comes from Percept/H, where he was working in the same position. At Contract, he will report to Raj Nair, senior vice-president and executive creative director.
Ajgaonkar, who has nearly 11 years of experience in the industry, joined Percept/H in 2005. He has worked on brands such as Cannon, Electrolux and Siyaram’s while at the agency. At Contract Advertising, he will work on brands such as Cadbury’s, Tata Indicom and HSBC Bank.
Over the years, Ajgaonkar has worked for agencies such as JWT, Publicis Ambience, Enterprise (now Bates 141), Saatchi & Saatchi and SSC&B Lintas (now Pickle Advertising) in various capacities.
Ajgaonkar has been on the jury of various awards shows such as the Abbys 2007 and the GoaFest 2008. He is also a member of the Adclub Mumbai’s Young Turks Committee, which held the first ever Young Achievers Awards last month.
Ajgaonkar’s work has been recognised at awards shows such as the Abbys and the GoaFest. His work has also won awards at international shows.
