Exchange4Media: ‘Marketing Disruption: How will Brands woo Consumers in the Age of Discontinuity?’ will be the main topic of discussion at the two-day Brand Summit 2010 of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) which gets underway today in Bangalore. The Summit will look into some key issues such as ‘Disruption by the new age customer’; ‘Disruption by rise of new media’; ‘Disruption by technological advances’; ‘End of television and advertising as we know them’; ‘Co-creation of products, commercial content and enhanced consumer experience’; ‘Engaging with Consumer with Celebrities’; ‘Engaging consumers through mobile services’; and ‘Enhancing Shareholders Value and Technology bridging the consumer-brand divide’.
Adi Godrej, Chairman, Godrej Group will address the keynotes of the Summit while SK Swamy, Chairman, Brand Summit 2010 and CMD, RK Swamy BBDO Pvt Ltd, and Tim Love, Chairman & CEO, Asia Pacific India Middle East Africa (APIMA), Omnicom Group Inc, will be among the other speakers at the opening session of the summit.
