Afaqs: The newly launched media marketing and consulting company Aidem Ventures has roped in Kaushal Dalal to be the executive vice president and head company’s business development and strategy. He will also be responsible for company’s finance legal and investments.
Dalal has been associated with STAR India for about nine years as head of business development. He was responsible for new business projects and company’s India operations. He played a key role in starting mobile business. For STAR he also worked for corporate strategy function and headed as sales strategy. Before he got associated with STAR Dalal worked with Arthur Andersen for ten years.
Speaking about Dalal’s appointment, Raj Nayak, managing director, Aidem Ventures said, “He brings with him an abundance of solid talent and experience. He has a strong record of success defining strategy and implementing vision in the broadcast industry.”
About his new stint at Aidem, Dalal said “We already have a great team of motivated people. We hope to grow the business and offer values based services to our clients and build Aidem into a trusted and more integrated media Services Company.”
