Afaqs: Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited (ZEEL) is all ready to take over 9 X the Hindi channel that comes from INX Media Stable. The details of the same have also been informed to Bombay Stock Exchange.
The acquisition will take place by the way of Scheme of Arrangement under which the 9X channel business undertaking will be demerged from Inx and combine with the company. All this will be done with appropriate statutory and regulatory approvals. The Terms of scheme and share swap ratio will be discussed on April 29th when the board meets again.
