Aniruddha Banerjee, president and chief operating officer has been promoted to chair-person while Ashish Khazanchi, national creative director, has been made the vice-chairperson of Publicis Ambience.
“The core management team for the agency will now include Ashish and Ani,” said Nakul Chopra, chief executive officer, South Asia, Publicis while talking about the future leadership team that will lead Publicis Ambience.
Khazanchi, who joined Publicis Ambience as NCD in 2007, will be responsible for the business development of the agency and will also oversee the creative output.
Banerjee, who started his career with Contract, will continue to handle his earlier duties as president and COO. Talking about his new role, he says, “Along with my earlier responsibilities of running Ambience, Ashish and I will play a bigger role in the management and in taking forward the Publicis brand.”
