Indian agencies win 12 nominations at LIA

12 campaigns of three Indian agencies have been shortlisted for this year’s London International Awards (LIA) – a 1986 initiative which recognises and honours exceptional work in advertising, design and digital media. (LIA) this year. The winners from these shortlists, selected for five out of the eleven categories, will be announced in November.
Ogilvy India leads the pack with eight shortlisted entries, among which its three campaigns for Sour Marbels Candies have been shortlisted in the Confections/Snacks Poster and Print sub-categories and as a single entry in the Poster Campaign sub-category (Design) and Consumer Campaign sub-category (Print).

Leo Burnett India is the next in line with two shortlisted entries which include the Tide Detergent (Tide Stainbroidery) campaign in the Point-of-Sale sub-category of the Design category and the Bajaj DTSI Motorcycles campaign in the Editing sub-category of the broader group Television/Cinema/ Digital/Web/Mobile.

The remaining two nominations have been won by DDB Mudra for its Islamic Research Foundation (Bush) campaign in the Public Service/Social Welfare sub-category of the Radio category and Publicis India for its ‘Let Gandhi Talk’ campaign in the Integrated Campaign category.
