Pix launches “Hollywood Pix Your Brain”

Multi Screen Media’s English film channel Pix has launched an on-ground event, ‘Hollywood Pix Your Brain’ across Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Kolkata, Pune and Hyderabad.


The contest, which will run until the end of March, is being positioned as the place to be for all those who want to test their knowledge on Hollywood movies and trivia.

To participate, contestants can simply walk into any of the contest venues such as malls, multiplexes, colleges and corporate parks or pre-register on www.pixtelevision.com. The prizes to be won include iPods, Cyber Shot cameras, MP3 Walkmans, Mobile Phones, and lots of other merchandise from the channel.

Pix business head Sunder Aaron says, “‘Hollywood Pix Your Brain is an on-ground initiative to provide a platform for Hollywood movie lovers. Below the line activities are critical to branding for television channels. PIX will be the first to launch an on-ground event around Hollywood films, and the aim is to strengthen the association between PIX and Hollywood.”

In Mumbai the quiz is taking place on 1 March at Inorbit, Malad and on 8 March at Shopper’s Stop Juhu.
