Rahul Kulshreshtha has put in his papers as CEO of Triveni Media.
Triveni Media is a subsidiary of Triveni Group, which is into infrastructure and real estate projects. It had launched 24-hour Hindi news channel Voice of India on June 1, 2008. Kulshreshtha had been with Triveni Media since June 2008. His resignation had been predicted for some time.
It is learnt that Voice of India has announced through an internal mail that Ravi Shankar, Group Editor, VOI, will be the officiating CEO.
Kulshreshtha spent over eight years as Director Tech & Operations at TV Today, before joining Triveni Media. Prior to that he was running his own business.
