Mindshare has restructured its top level management, with three key changes.
MA Parthasarathy, aka Maps, has joined the agency as partner, business planning, South Asia. In his new role at Mindshare, Maps will be based out of Bangalore. Maps previously worked for JWT for fourteen years, where he had various roles including an account manager, a strategic planner, a business director, and regional account director on the Ford Account for the Asia-Pacific and Africa region, based out of Bangkok.
Alok Sinha, has been made partner, Invention, Mindshare, South Asia. Sinha is currently based out of Mindshare Singapore, helping markets with new business development and enhancing strategic solutions for the Maybelline and LG businessess in China. Sinha joined Mindshare from Carat, where he had spent four years in communication planning and tools, and process training roles. He has fifteen years’ experience in the brand agency account planning discipline and research expertise. In his new role, Sinha will be based in Delhi.
Lastly, Pat Vinayak has returned to India from Mindshare Sri Lanka. Vinayak will now lead the Exchange function for the newly formed Team ABG. Team ABG and Team Unilever will continue to be independent and autonomous in their trading initiatives.
