Enhance India, the specialist retail branding and navigational signage solutions unit of the Starcom MediaVest Group,
plans to focus on design services in 2009. The agency also plans to improve its capabilities and standardisation of services in the coming year.
Kaushik Chakravorty, Country Head, Enhance India, said, “The year 2008 has been a good year for us. Though I can’t disclose the figures, but we will be meeting our expectations despite the slowdown. In 2006, we had commenced our operations; in 2008, we have consolidated our business; and in 2009, it would be time to get more aggressive. Our idea is to consolidate our offerings to our clients.”
He gave some more details, “Since our clients are going deeper and deeper, so our base is also growing horizontally and vertically with our six main offices and 23 operational offices. We are ramping up our capabilities and standardisation of services. We are concentrating on design services. We are also in the process of beefing up our team. Currently, we have 40-45 people working with us. We have been able to create a niche for ourselves. Enhance has become more cohesive.”
