Faber appointed Saints & Warriors as its creative agency. The business is said to be worth Rs 8-9 crore. There was no pitch process involved. Faber is the kitchen appliances company which has been in India for nearly 11 years.
Prior to this, Faber did not have any creative agency working for it. However, Triton handled the account for about three years.
Prahlad Buthada, managing director, Faber India, says, “We were introduced to Saints & Warriors through a common acquaintance. Faber was looking out for an agency which wasn’t too established, so that it concentrated on our brand.”
The appointment was made in September and the first campaign for the kitchen chimney is already out. Faber provided Saints & Warriors with the insight that though all chimneys reduce the heat and smoke emitted while cooking, these also absorb the smells that otherwise linger on the body while cooking. This insight was taken forward by Saints & Warriors and a TV commercial was rolled out.
Saints & Warriors will work on all products under the Faber household appliances category, which also includes Franke kitchen sinks.
